Your Captain aboard Big Bear Charters is Robert
Hibbert. Captain Bob is a lifelong resident of
Oswego County and has fished the waters of Lake
Ontario nearly all of his life. He has been a
licensed captain for the past 12 years and is
fully insured. When fishing abroad Big Bear Charters
you will enjoy a hands on experience from rigging
to boarding fish as there is no first mate aboard
the boat unless requested.
